‘Portland, OR artist and wizard Bwana Spoons leaves his Grass Hut and heads East to visit FOE’s
tree house in the happy valley. Spoons is recognized as artist,
designer and founder of Portland’s Grass Hut collective. He has
collaborated with Super 7 and Gargamel to produce figures like his
drumming bat and soda-drinking sloth. His designs have appeared on
skate decks, shoes, t-shirts and custom car paint jobs. He is a
painter, printer and muralist. Spoons greatest impact may be the
wizardly example he sets to follow your passion and create your own
path.
FOE Gallery is proud to host 2 events with Bwana Spoons. Thursday,
December 13th from 8 – 9 pm Bwana will answer random anonymous questions
for FOE’s first ever crazy fun Q & A. Friday, December 14th from 6 – 9 pm High Party opens with a reception and stoner treats.’
